The Hightec Lanka International Vocational & Technical Training Institute was established in the year of 2004 to endow the unemployed youths strengthening their hands with employments to the development process of the country. Later on, the international recognition and the quality of the courses have become eventually up to date. With the awarding of international humoristic and the offering honorary golden award in the field of machinery and equipment training along with the ISO 9001:2008 management quality certificates. This training institution became the pioneer in the field of the training of machinery and equipment’s surpassing the traditional training methods with the recommendation of the tertiary and vocational commission which is to be a necessary factor of training institute.
In considering the training courses, all the courses are conducted theoretically and practically according to the subject curriculum. The theoretical and practical training is properly arranged to suite the local and foreign job market. These training courses are conducted by the instructors qualified in the same field more than 20 years’ experience and modern machinery and equipment are used when the training processes are in function. Trainees are provided with many facilities free of charge, lodging facilities, safety uniforms, Insurance coverage, lecturing rooms with hearing and visual aids, tutorials and stationaries. Those who complete training courses successfully are awarded certificates locally and internationally accepted. In addition to these certificates the national trade test NTT certificate is issued after the trade test.
